Your Greensboro Party Bus With Popular Amenities
Party bus rentals in the 15- to 50-passenger range typically include a full-length bar, color-changing LED lighting, Bluetooth and AUX sound, flat-panel TVs, and wraparound perimeter seating — the kind of setup that makes the ride itself part of the event. Sprinter vans and Sprinter limos bring leather seating, USB charging at every seat, and individual reading lights — ideal for smaller groups that don't need the full party bus setup but still want a comfortable ride. Full-size charter buses add reclining seats, climate control, WiFi, power outlets, onboard restrooms, and undercarriage luggage bays for longer hauls across the Triad or down to Charlotte.
Amenities vary by vehicle and operator — compare options directly on the site to find the right match.

Greensboro party bus pricing depends on vehicle size, your travel date, and how long you need the bus. To give you a general idea: 14-passenger Sprinter limos typically run $170–$344/hour; 15–20 passenger party buses run $204–$378/hour; 20–30 passenger party buses run $244–$414/hour; 35–50 passenger party buses and minibuses run $294–$490/hour; and 40–56 passenger charter buses generally run $150–$300/hour or $1,200–$2,500/day. These are example ranges to help you plan, not a guaranteed quote — final pricing depends on your specific itinerary, the time of year, and which vehicle you choose.

Party Bus Services for Every Greensboro Occasion
Charlottepartybuscompany.com makes it easy to find and compare group transportation for every kind of occasion across the Piedmont Triad — from airport transfers and wedding shuttles to bachelorette parties, concerts at the Coliseum, corporate events, sporting events, prom, and school field trips. Whatever brings your group together, there's a bus in the network ready for it.

Greensboro Airport Shuttles & Transportation
Piedmont Triad International Airport (PTI) — 1000 Ted Johnson Pkwy, Greensboro, NC 27409 — serves the Triad metro with direct flights from American, Delta, United, Southwest, Allegiant, and Frontier. The ground transportation lane runs curbside on the arrivals level outside baggage claim, and with the merge onto I-40 and Bryan Boulevard just minutes from the terminal, coordinating multiple cars for a large group almost always means someone gets separated or arrives late. A private airport shuttle through this site puts one vehicle at one pickup point — the whole group loads together and heads to the same destination at the same time.
Have your group fully assembled with all bags in hand before the bus moves to the curb — airport lanes move quickly and the commercial vehicle zone doesn't allow extended waiting. Groups flying out of Charlotte Douglas for international flights can also compare options for the 90-minute run down I-85; check out the CLT airport group shuttle guide for specifics on how commercial buses handle that terminal. Review the official PTI website to confirm the current commercial vehicle lane before your travel date.

Greensboro Bachelor & Bachelorette Transportation
The South Elm Street corridor in downtown Greensboro packs a full bachelorette night into a few walkable blocks — Natty Greene's Brewing Co., cocktail bars, and live music venues all within easy reach of each other. The logistical problem starts when your group of 18 is scattered across three hotels on Wendover Avenue trying to meet downtown at 8pm, and it gets worse at 1am when everyone needs to find a way back and rideshare prices are surging. Parking on Elm Street on a Saturday night is already claimed by 7:30; by midnight, the apps are showing 2x pricing and the closest available pickups are blocks away.
A 15- to 30-passenger Greensboro bachelorette party bus keeps the whole crew together from hotel pickup to last call, with a built-in bar and LED lighting to keep the energy up between venues. No one has to leave early to be responsible, no one gets separated when the bar empties out, and the ride home is already part of the plan. Call 980-920-4950 to compare party bus options for your Greensboro bachelorette night.

Greensboro Birthday, Sweet 16, & Quinceañera Party Bus Rentals
A birthday party bus is one of the most popular requests in Greensboro, and for good reason — instead of your guests coordinating their own rides from different corners of the Triad, everyone boards together at one pickup point and arrives as a group. For Sweet 16 and quinceañera celebrations, white, black, or silver-colored buses are often available to match your theme and make the arrival at the venue itself part of the moment your family will remember.
Whether the party is heading to a banquet hall on Battleground Avenue, a restaurant off Friendly Avenue, or a private event space elsewhere in the Greensboro area, the site connects you to buses in the 15- to 50-passenger range to fit your headcount exactly. For adult milestone birthdays doing a late night on Elm Street or a pub crawl through the Triad brewery scene — the bus is the built-in answer to getting everyone home together at the end of the night.

Greensboro Concert Transportation & Shuttles
The Greensboro Coliseum Complex (1921 W. Lee St, Greensboro, NC 27403) is one of the largest arenas in the Carolinas, and on sold-out concert nights the attached parking lots fill well before doors open while W. Lee Street backs up toward the I-40 interchange. The White Oak Amphitheatre — the outdoor stage on the Coliseum campus — draws big summer crowds and creates the same congestion on a smaller scale. On the other end of the downtown corridor, the Steven Tanger Center for the Performing Arts (300 N. Elm St, Greensboro, NC 27401) hosts Broadway tours, touring musical acts, and ticketed events in a 3,000-seat hall, with street parking on North Elm at a premium on show nights.
A Greensboro concert bus in the 15- to 40-passenger range handles the whole approach for your group — everyone loads together, the bus arrives before gridlock sets in, and post-show pickup is already arranged while rideshare demand is still peaking. Groups making the run to Charlotte for bigger tours can also compare options for the Truliant Federal Credit Union Amphitheatre; the Truliant Amphitheater bus guide covers drop-off and parking specifics for that venue. Call 980-920-4950 to compare concert bus options for your Greensboro show.

Greensboro Corporate Event Transportation
Greensboro hosts two major convention facilities that draw statewide and national groups year-round. The Greensboro Convention Center (300 N. Elm St, Greensboro, NC 27401) sits in the heart of downtown, where parking on event days means metered street spaces or garages scattered across the surrounding blocks — a 30-person group trying to park individually near the Elm Street corridor on a busy conference day is a real exercise in frustration. The Koury Convention Center at the Sheraton Greensboro (3121 High Point Rd, Greensboro, NC 27407) has more on-site parking but sits at the I-40 and I-85 interchange, one of the most consistently congested stretches in the entire Triad during weekday commute hours.
A charter bus or minibus found through this site drops your team at the convention center entrance and handles all the routing — no one is late because they miscalculated the Elm Street garage search. For executive transfers between the Grandover Resort, downtown hotels, and convention facilities, a Sprinter limo gives the VIP look with leather seating and individual climate control. Call 980-920-4950 to discuss Greensboro corporate transportation for your next event.

Greensboro Private Event Transportation Services
Greensboro's event calendar creates several windows where a private bus makes more sense than any other option. The NC Folk Festival in September draws large crowds to the downtown Festival District along North Elm and Davie Streets, and the surrounding parking fills quickly while rideshare demand spikes for three straight evenings. NC A&T Homecoming in October is one of the biggest HBCU homecoming events in the country — hotels book up, rideshare demand climbs, and transportation groups that didn't book ahead scramble at the last minute.
For family reunions covering multiple Greensboro stops in a single day — the Greensboro Arboretum, Bryan Park, a catered lunch on Friendly Avenue — a charter bus or minibus rental keeps the whole group on one schedule without juggling five separate cars across the city. Groups making a day trip to Carowinds can compare bus options for that run too; the Carowinds group transportation guide covers the specifics for that route. Call 980-920-4950 as soon as your event date is confirmed — Homecoming and Folk Festival weekends book out months ahead.

Greensboro Homecoming & Prom Party Bus Rentals
Prom season runs late April through May across Guilford County and the broader Triad, and availability tightens fast. High schools across the region — Page, Grimsley, Northwest Guilford, Southwest Guilford, Eastern Guilford, Ben L. Smith, and others — hold their events within the same six-week window, and demand for buses across the area spikes hard during that stretch. Buses that were available in January at reasonable pricing are either gone or significantly higher by March.
For prom in Greensboro: get your quote by January or expect limited vehicle availability and peak-season pricing.
A typical Greensboro prom package — home or school pickup, a pre-prom photo stop at the Bog Garden at Benjamin Park, venue drop-off at a Greensboro hotel ballroom, and an after-party return — runs around $1,400–$1,900 all-inclusive when booked four to six months early. Waiting until late March or April can add $800–$1,200 to that figure, with no guarantee the right vehicle is still available. These are example figures to give you a planning baseline, not a locked-in quote.
Call 980-920-4950 now to get started and compare Greensboro prom party bus options.

Greensboro School Event & Field Trip Transportation
The Greensboro Science Center (4301 Lawndale Dr, Greensboro, NC 27455) combines a natural history museum, aquarium, and animal exhibits — otters, meerkats, red pandas — all on one campus in northwest Greensboro, making it the most popular school field trip destination in the Triad. Trying to bring 50 students there in a caravan of parent vehicles means half the group is still parking on Lawndale Drive when the tour starts. A 40- to 56-passenger charter bus keeps the whole class together and drops everyone at the main entrance.
The International Civil Rights Center and Museum (134 S. Elm St, Greensboro, NC 27401) — on the site of the 1960 Woolworth's sit-in — is a historically significant field trip destination with no on-site bus parking; the bus drops the group on South Elm Street and waits nearby during the tour. Teachers will love how easy it is to coordinate through this site — one form, one call, and the transportation piece is handled. ADA-accessible vehicles are available; mention it when you request your quote.
Call 980-920-4950 to get started on Greensboro school field trip transportation.

Greensboro Sporting Event Transportation
The Greensboro Coliseum hosts UNCG Spartans basketball and periodically the ACC Men's Basketball Tournament — when the Tournament comes to Greensboro, parking fills in the attached lots hours before tip-off, W. Lee Street backs up to the I-40 interchange, and rideshare pricing climbs fast. During tournament week, buses booked inside 30 days are either unavailable or carrying significant demand pricing — this is one event where booking the moment the schedule is confirmed is the right call.
At First National Bank Field (324 Bellemeade St, Greensboro, NC 27401), home of the Greensboro Grasshoppers, downtown surface lots fill on popular Friday and Saturday night games, and a group of 20 people in separate cars creates coordination headaches before the first pitch. A Greensboro sports bus in the 20- to 40-passenger range keeps your fan group together and cuts out the per-car parking math. For groups making the run to Charlotte for Panthers games at Bank of America Stadium or Hornets games at Spectrum Center, check out the Bank of America Stadium group guide and Spectrum Center transportation guide.
Call 980-920-4950 to compare options.

Greensboro Wedding Transportation & Shuttle Service
Greensboro's most-booked wedding venues spread across the city in ways that make guest transportation a real logistics puzzle. The Proximity Hotel (704 Green Valley Rd, Greensboro, NC 27408) is on the west side of town near New Garden Road; Revolution Mill Events (1050 Revolution Mill Dr, Greensboro, NC 27405) is northeast of downtown in a converted textile mill with limited on-site parking; and Grandover Resort (1000 Club Rd, Greensboro, NC 27407) is off US-421 south of the city on a golf resort property where out-of-town guests navigating from I-40 regularly take the wrong exit.
A Greensboro wedding shuttle solves all three scenarios: one bus runs a clean loop from the hotel block to the venue entrance, nobody in your wedding party navigates an unfamiliar Greensboro interchange in formalwear, and the departure from the reception is already handled. A 14-passenger Sprinter limo works perfectly for the bridal party on the wedding day itself. Spring and fall weekends in Greensboro book out months ahead — call 980-920-4950 to get started on wedding transportation early.

Greensboro Winery Tour & Pub Crawl Transportation
Greensboro's craft brewery scene is clustered tightly enough to make for a natural pub crawl itinerary when you don't have to park at each stop. Start with a pint at Natty Greene's Brewing Co. (101 S. Elm St) downtown, move north to Preyer Brewing Company (1006 N. Elm St), then head to Radar Brewing Company inside Revolution Mill, and round out the evening at Pig Pounder Brewery (1107 Grecade St, Greensboro, NC 27408) off Lawndale Drive. That route cuts across several different Greensboro neighborhoods, and parking near Elm Street on a Saturday night means competing with every other bar-goer on the block.
A party bus or minibus found through this site handles all of it — the group shares every stop, no one has to sit out a round to stay sober, and the ride back to the hotel is built into the plan from the start. No one is calculating whether a rideshare is available at midnight or paying surge pricing to get home from four separate bars. Compare options or call 980-920-4950 to build your Greensboro brewery crawl itinerary.

Frequently Asked Questions About Greensboro Party Bus Rentals
How does this website work?

What is Charlottepartybuscompany.com?
Charlottepartybuscompany.com is a comparison and quote-request website for group ground transportation. It connects you with transportation providers serving Greensboro, letting you compare party bus, charter bus, minibus, and Sprinter van options through one online form — so you can weigh prices, vehicles, and amenities side by side and find what fits your group.
How does Charlottepartybuscompany.com work?
Enter your trip details — date, group size, and pickup and drop-off locations — into the online form, and you'll see vehicle options from companies serving the Greensboro area. Compare photos, amenities, and estimated prices in one place without creating an account. Or call 980-920-4950 to walk through the available options and put together a package to fit your group's needs.
How much does a party bus cost in Greensboro?
Greensboro party bus pricing varies by vehicle size, travel date, and how long you need the bus. To give you a ballpark: 15–20 passenger party buses typically run $204–$378/hour; 20–30 passenger buses run $244–$414/hour; 35–50 passenger party buses and minibuses run $294–$490/hour; and 40–56 passenger charter buses generally run $150–$300/hour or $1,200–$2,500/day. These are example ranges to help you plan, not a guaranteed quote — final pricing depends on your specific itinerary, vehicle choice, and time of year.
The fastest way to get a real number for your date is to call 980-920-4950. Check out the party bus prices page for more detail.
When should I book for ACC Tournament week at the Greensboro Coliseum?
The ACC Men's Basketball Tournament periodically returns to the Greensboro Coliseum, and when it does, every bus in the Triad gets claimed weeks before the games tip off. Book as soon as the venue assignment is confirmed — waiting until tournament week almost always means higher pricing or no availability at all. The same urgency applies to sold-out Coliseum concerts with national touring acts and to NC A&T Homecoming weekend in October.
Can I book a one-way bus trip from Greensboro?
One-way trips, round-trips, and custom multi-stop itineraries are all available to compare. If your group needs a one-way transfer from PTI Airport to a hotel, a round-trip to a Charlotte sporting event, or a multi-stop brewery crawl across the Triad, call 980-920-4950 to help structure the package to match your schedule.
What bus size is right for my Greensboro group?
For groups of 10–14, a Sprinter limo or Sprinter van is typically the right fit. Groups of 15–30 usually land on a party bus or minibus. Groups of 35–56 are best served by a larger party bus or a full-size charter bus.
If your headcount is between sizes, go up — you never want your group cramped, and many vehicles are priced per bus rather than per seat. Call 980-920-4950 to help match the right vehicle to your exact headcount.
Popular Greensboro Party Bus Destinations
A Greensboro group transportation itinerary can hit the Coliseum, First National Bank Field, the Elm Street corridor, Revolution Mill, and beyond. The destinations below are among the most frequent requests through this site — a solid starting point whether you're planning a night out or a full-day event.

Greensboro Coliseum Complex
The Greensboro Coliseum Complex (1921 W. Lee St, Greensboro, NC 27403) is the anchor of large-scale entertainment in the Triad, with a main arena capacity of approximately 23,500 for concerts and major sporting events. It hosts UNCG Spartans basketball, NCAA Tournament games, ACC Championship events, and a steady rotation of national touring acts. The White Oak Amphitheatre on the same campus handles outdoor shows each summer.
On sold-out nights, the north and west surface lots fill before doors open, and W. Lee Street backs up to the I-40 interchange. The rideshare pickup zone on the north side of the complex creates its own post-show logjam — a party bus drops your group at the entrance before the worst gridlock sets in and picks everyone up when the show ends without anyone waiting in a surge-pricing queue.
Address: 1921 W. Lee St, Greensboro, NC 27403
Phone: (336) 373-7400

First National Bank Field
First National Bank Field (324 Bellemeade St, Greensboro, NC 27401) is home to the Greensboro Grasshoppers, a Single-A affiliate of the Pittsburgh Pirates. The ballpark sits at the edge of downtown Greensboro, steps from the Elm Street entertainment corridor, which makes a pre-game dinner and post-game bar crawl easy to build into a single night out. The catch: downtown surface lots near the ballpark are shared with every restaurant and bar in the surrounding blocks, and they fill on popular Friday and Saturday night games before the opening pitch.
Street parking on Bellemeade Street and Eugene Street is limited. A party bus or minibus handles the entire logistics equation — your group arrives together and the post-game plan is already set, whether that means another stop on Elm Street or a ride back across the Triad.
Address: 324 Bellemeade St, Greensboro, NC 27401

Piedmont Triad International Airport (PTI)
Piedmont Triad International Airport (1000 Ted Johnson Pkwy, Greensboro, NC 27409) serves the Greensboro-Winston-Salem-High Point metro with direct flights on American, Delta, United, Southwest, Allegiant, and Frontier. Commercial buses pick up curbside on the arrivals level outside baggage claim — have your full group assembled with all luggage before calling for the bus, since airport traffic control keeps the commercial lane moving and the vehicle cannot sit and wait. For groups flying out together, parking costs across multiple vehicles add up quickly over a multi-day trip, and a private group shuttle from a single pickup point keeps the math predictable.
Review the official PTI website to confirm the current commercial vehicle pickup lane and parking rates before your travel date.
Address: 1000 Ted Johnson Pkwy, Greensboro, NC 27409

Greensboro Science Center
The Greensboro Science Center (4301 Lawndale Dr, Greensboro, NC 27455) combines a natural history museum, aquarium, and zoological exhibits — including otters, meerkats, and red pandas — on one campus in northwest Greensboro. It consistently draws the highest volume of school field trip requests in the Triad, and the Lawndale Drive approach gets congested on spring weekends and school group season. The main lot is free but fills on busy days, and the approach from I-40 north via Lake Jeanette Road is counterintuitive for visitors unfamiliar with the northwest Greensboro road layout.
A charter bus or minibus drops the whole group at the Science Center entrance and handles the return — no parent carpool coordination, no late arrivals, and ADA-accessible vehicles are available on request.
Address: 4301 Lawndale Dr, Greensboro, NC 27455
Phone: (336) 288-3769

International Civil Rights Center and Museum
The International Civil Rights Center and Museum (134 S. Elm St, Greensboro, NC 27401) occupies the former F.W. Woolworth building where the 1960 Greensboro sit-ins helped launch the national civil rights movement — one of the most historically significant sites in the American South. The museum is on South Elm Street in the heart of downtown Greensboro, where dedicated bus parking does not exist; groups arriving by charter bus drop on South Elm Street and the bus waits nearby during the tour. The museum requires advance reservations for school and tour groups, so confirm your visit details directly with the museum's group team before booking transportation.
Review the official Civil Rights Center website for group hours and reservation requirements. A minibus or small charter bus fits most tour group sizes at this location.
Address: 134 S. Elm St, Greensboro, NC 27401
Phone: (336) 274-9199

Revolution Mill Events
Revolution Mill (1050 Revolution Mill Dr, Greensboro, NC 27405) is a converted 19th-century textile factory in east Greensboro that now houses a mix of event spaces, Radar Brewing Company, creative offices, and specialty tenants. The main event hall hosts weddings, corporate gatherings, and private events for groups of 50 to several hundred. The Revolution Mill Drive approach off Yanceyville Street is easy to miss for out-of-town guests navigating Greensboro for the first time, and on larger event nights the surface lot off Revolution Mill Drive fills completely.
The venue is not walkable from downtown hotels. A shuttle found through this site runs a clean loop from the hotel block to the mill entrance so no guest is 20 minutes late because they couldn't find the Yanceyville Street turnoff. Call 980-920-4950 to arrange group shuttle service to Revolution Mill.
Address: 1050 Revolution Mill Dr, Greensboro, NC 27405
